Gentle Yoga & Meditation
This easeful yoga class will incorporate guided meditation, breath work, gentle movements (both seated and standing poses), resting postures, beautiful music and hands on healing. Focus will be on reducing stress and fatigue, improving circulation and mobility, finding joy in movement, and exploring a loving community of support with others.
Cindy Walker has twenty-five years experience teaching yoga and meditation. She holds a B.A. in Movement Therapy & Psychology, and the Yoga Alliance - 500 eRYT certification.
