Come see what's new at NUMU! At New Museum Los Gatos scouts will have fun looking at, talking about, and making art with our inventive museum educators and artists. Our workshops introduce techniques that teach scouts to express themselves and explore their world--with art! More programs and dates are available.
Brownies, it's time to shout and stamp! Brownie level girl scouts will get the chance to learn all about letterboxes with New Museum Los Gatos' exciting letterboxer badge program. Join us as we create unique stamps for each scout, make a troop letterbox, and partake in a scavenger hunt for a letterbox hidden somewhere in the museum!
Troop leaders must provide enough adult chaperones to maintain Girl Scouts official ratio (1:6, with an additional adult chaperone for every additional 6 scouts)
Adult chaperones must sign in at the front desk
Children will be working with art supplies and may get messy. Dress accordingly!
Parents/guardians are responsible for bringing scouts to and from events, bathroom escorts, and supervision while in the museum galleries.
