We need your help! We are seeking volunteers, ages 16+, to support the museum in putting on an amazing reception! Volunteers will help with event set-up, check-in, and event breakdown.
When registering, please only select as many shift(s) as you are able to work. If you become unable to attend a shift, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Shift 1 - 3-5 PM PM (4 volunteers needed)
Set-up (tables, tents, chairs, etc.)
Shift 2 - 5-7 PM (4 volunteers needed)
Activity & refreshment management and break down (putting away tables, tents, chairs, etc.)
Volunteers may have downtime at certain points during the event. When that is the case, volunteers are welcome to join in the fun & explore the museum.

This invite-only event is reserved for the museum's donors and supporters to kick-off our celebration of 60 years of Los Gatos Museum Association and 10 years of NUMU!
