Interested in trying embroidery for the first time or brushing up on your needlework skills? Looking for a fun evening activity to do with a group of friends, coworkers or family members? Join us for Bite-Size Embroidery for Beginners. Easy and fun, you will leave with a completed embroidery and a sense of accomplishment!

Learn how to thread the needle, basic stitches, and design! This class covers chain stitch, satin stitch, whipped back stitch, and French knots. Personalize your piece by deciding where to place your stitches and picking your own colors.

Registration for this class closes 1 week prior to the start date.

If you would like to inquire about the possibility of late registration, please contact info@sfsnad.org. Late registration will be accommodated when possible.

Cancellation policy: SNAD will refund tuition less a $25 processing fee up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to class start time. No refunds for cancellations with less than 3 days notification before class start time.


In accordance with the New Museum Los Gatos, all participants in this class must have proof of up-to-date* Covid vaccination and wear masks while onsite.

Do not attend class if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact or tested positive within the past 10 days.

*Up-to-date with their vaccines, which includes booster doses at regular time points.
