Museum volunteers provide invaluable support in a variety of ways. Volunteers act as ambassadors at special member events and community programs, assist in the cataloging of the museum's collection, provide hands-on project support in the MakerSpace, conduct research for the curatorial department and much more.  

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.  Previous museum experience is not necessary. Volunteer opportunities are available weekdays, weekends and evenings, 7 days a week. Training is provided as needed.

Footbridge Mural Project

Are you a high school student looking for a volunteer opportunity? In this week-long position, you will support and mentor aspiring artists as they create a mural for the Los Gatos Footbridge, learn skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication.
